Detailed information about the selected card is displayed here. | The card displayed here can be changed using the dropdown list **SIM cards**. This opens the respective [dialogue](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-m2m-sim-register-sim-cards). | ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c690fe99-a3eb-474c-a449-c2c75e5df119/Images/Documentation/image(342).png) | The card information are distributed across various fields. ## Properties The *Properties* field lists the most important characteristics of this SIM card. - The name of the device in which the SIM card is inserted is displayed under in the *Device* field. A click on it takes you to the [Device information](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-vpn-device-information) of this device. The device can be changed by a click on *Change*. - The *Contract no.* indicates with which Contract number this card has been ordered. - The *Rate plan* indicates the rate plan currently assigned to this card. The rate plan can be changed with a click on *Change rate plan*. - The *SIM State* indicates the current state of the SIM card. - **Activated** - the card is active and can be used; it can be deactivated with a click on *Deactivate* - **Test Ready** - the card is ready for a connection establishment and allows a data traffic of 50 kB; if a rate plan is assigned to it, it will be activated automatically - **Retired** - the card has been cancelled and will be removed from the SIM portal at the end of the current billing period; it can no longer be used - **Deactivated** - the card has been deactivated and cannot establish a connection; it can be reactivated with a click on *Activate* - The *Session* shows the current connection status of this card (updating the status can take several minutes) - **Active** - the card is connected to the provider at the moment - **Inactive** the card is not connected to the provider at the moment ## Usage History The *Usage History* field shows the data and SMS volume for the last six months for this SIM card. ## Alerts The *Alerts* field is used to configure alert notifications for this card. When the data usage limit specified in the alert is reached, the card can be deactivated and/or an e-mail sent to the specified recipients. Alerts for reaching a certain number of SMS messages cannot be set up at this time. A click on New alert adds an alert to this card. The alerts available for selection must first be created on the [*Alerts*](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-m2m-sim-sim-card-alerts) page. A click on *Remove alert from card* in the *Actions* column will unlink this alarm from this card. ## Activities All activities, i.e. changes related to this SIM card, are listed in the *Activities* field. For details in the table refer to [Activities](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-activities). The visible columns of the list can be set by a click on *Columns*. A *Filter* enables to filter the list for the desired content. Changes to columns and applied filters will be reset the next time the page is loaded. *Export* allows to export the visible content of the list after applying the filters to a CSV file (saved in the browser's download directory) or to print it. The name of the CSV file contains the time at which the data was generated and does not necessarily correspond to the time of export.
