# User Reference - icom Connectivity Suite

The **icom Connectivity Suite** from INSYS icom provides a user-friendly shared portal for easy management of your VPN and SIM card services.

| The **icom Connectivity Suite – VPN** is a service provided by INSYS icom for the simple and secure connection of locations, systems, or mobile devices via a VPN network. PCs and routers connected via the **icom Connectivity Suite – VPN**, as well as locally connected network devices (e.g., controllers or measuring devices), can be accessed from all networks. Simple rules can be used to determine which participants are permitted to connect to whom and which connections are not permitted. | The **icom Connectivity Suite – M2M SIM** is a service provided by INSYS icom for easy management of the network operator-independent M2M SIM card for M2M and IoT applications. |

To register on the portal, open the registration page: [https://connectivity.insys-icom.de](https://connectivity.insys-icom.de) and click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

If you have a user account, enter your login details and click on LOGIN.

The two services are closely related, but can also be used separately and independently of each other. The title bar in the portal offers cross-service functions.

| The button for applying changed settings is grayed out as long as there are no changes in the portal that have not yet been applied. Once changes have been made, the button becomes active and flashes. Clicking on it applies the settings immediately. | Your customer name is displayed to the left of the profile button . |
| A click on opens the profile information. A click on permits to select the portal language. user name and instance ID are displayed behind . A click on opens the [My VPN Hub](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-my-vpn-hub) page.
