# Licences - icom Connectivity Suite - VPN

Using the icom **Connectivity Suite - VPN** is bound to the purchase of VPN licences. All licences are listed in a table on the Licences page. New licences can also be ordered here.

The visible columns of the list can be set by a click on *Columns* . A *Filter* enables to filter the list for the desired content. Changes to columns and applied filters will be reset the next time the page is loaded.

*Export* allows to export the visible content of the list after applying the filters to a CSV file (saved in the browser's download directory) or to print it. The name of the CSV file contains the time at which the data was generated and does not necessarily correspond to the time of export.

Depending on the configuration of the visible columns, the table contains the following columns:

- The *ID* column lists the unique identification number of this licence. This identifier cannot be changed to ensure continuous tracking. A click on the ID takes you to the [Licence information](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-vpn-licence-information) of this licence.
- The name of this licence is listed in the *Name* column. The name assigned by the **icom Connectivity Suite – VPN** can also be edited with a click on the *ID* in the [Licence information](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-vpn-licence-information).
- The *Device* column lists the device in the **icom Connectivity Suite – VPN** to which this licence is assigned to. A click on the device takes you to the [Device information](/kb/docs/icom-connectivity-suite-vpn-device-information) of this device.
- The *Scope* column lists the type of the licence, which defines the scope of this licence. The two licence types are **Unrestricted** and **Flexible**.
- The *Valid until* column lists the end of the validity period of this licence; the licence is valid until 23:59 on this day.
- The *Renewal* column indicates the duration for which this licence will be renewed automatically upon expiry. Unrestricted licences can be set to **Not Set**, **1 Year** and **2 Years**. Flexible licences can be set to **Do not renew** (expire at the end of the month) or **Monthly** (are automatically renewed at the end of the month).
- The *Free* column indicates whether this licence has been made available free of charge. Contact your distributor to discuss the options for free licences.
- The *Contract no.* column indicates with which Contract number this licence has been ordered. This number is used when invoicing new or renewed licences.
- The *Order no. (Customer)* column indicates the customer's order number used to order this licence. This is an optional reference added by INSYS icom at the customer's request.
- The *Order no. (INSYS)* column indicates the order number used to fulfil this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.
- The *Customer no. (INSYS)* column indicates the INSYS customer number used to order this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.
- The *Customer no. (Partner)* column indicates the INSYS partner number used to order this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.
