# ▶️Manually Configuring an icom OS Device

There are situations in which it is not ideal to use the [Startup Wizard](/kb/docs/en/quickstart-wizard-en). In this video we show you how to configure an **Internet connection over Ethernet** without using the Startup Wizard on an icom OS router (e.g. **MRX.neo, MOROS.neo, MRX, ECR, SCR** or **MIRO**).
