# ▶️VPN Connection with Internet Connection from the LAN Network

In this video, we show you how to configure your **icom Connectivity Suite - VPN** connection if you have **no** dedicated **WAN** **network**.

Although it is **strongly** advised to have **separate** LAN and WAN networks, in some situations this is not possible to organize. But please note, that by configuring your device this way, you will make the **entire** local network**, including the default gateway**, reachable over the VPN tunnel. Make sure you took the necessary security measures in your LAN network beforehand.
