# What availability is guaranteed for the icom Connectivity Suite - VPN?

The guaranteed availability is specified in the Service Level Agreement (see [Product Description](https://docs.insys-icom.de/ms/en/ProductDescription_icomConnectivitySuite-VPN.html)) and notably higher than the availability specified in the [General terms and conditions for the use of Online Services](https://public.centerdevice.de/0a4efaea-d220-40fe-b6dc-1ac7409c8397) which also contain the exceptions for services in China.
