I have to type in the SIM PUK. Where can I do this in the INSYS OS?

Under the menu GSM/GPRS, UMTS, or WWAN under Terminal type in your PUK and your new PIN number in the following format:
AT+CPIN="PUK","NEW PIN"

So for example:
AT+CPIN="12345678","0000"
