icom Connectivity Suite - VPN - Defining Additional Fields

Additional fields allow to assign different attributes to the devices in order to describe the devices in more detail or to be able to analyse these attributes in own applications.

Note regarding the user interface!

The additional fields can currently only be defined on the classic user interface. See this note.

The properties can then be assigned to the respective devices:

• In the new user interface on the device details page in the Custom Properties field by clicking on (Edit property).

• In the classic user interface on the Devices tab in the list of devices by clicking the i More Information button in the row of the respective device.

The additional fields are defined in the classic user interface on the My VPN Hub tab.

1. Click on the Custom information button.

2. Define the number of additional fields.

3. Enter a description for the field content for each additional field.

4. Leave the list values empty for a freely configurable text field or enter the contents of the list values separated by a | for a drop-down list field.

5. Complete the definition of the additional fields by clicking on OK.
