What if I already have an account?
Please note that the icom Connectivity Suite (VPN or M2M SIM) and icom Router Management are two different services. If you have an account for icom Router Management, you must create a separate account for the icom Connectivity Suite. If you already have an account for the icom Connectivity Suite - VPN, you can also use it for the icom Connectivity Suite - M2M SIM and vice versa.
Why am I not receiving a confirmation e-mail??
You should receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided immediately after submitting your registration. Check your spam folder if you do not see this confirmation e-mail in your inbox, or ask your e-mail account administrator about possible filters that may be preventing delivery. If you mistyped your e-mail address, delivery will also not be possible; in this case, please re-register.
What can I do if the link in my confirmation e-mail has expired or does not work?
Please register again if the link in your confirmation e-mail no longer works.
Where can I find my user name?
If you are not logged in to the icom Connectivity Suite and cannot remember your user name, you can find it in the confirmation e-mail sent to you after registration. If you have already deleted this e-mail, please contact INSYS icom support and request your user name.
If you are logged into the icom Connectivity Suite, you can find your user name on the System → My VPN Hub page in the Account Owner (Contact Partner) section.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to reset the password yourself. In this case, please contact INSYS icom support to reset the password.
How do I add another user?
In user management, you can add additional users who can also be assigned read-only rights.
