The licence information opens when you select a licence on the Licences page. Detailed information about the selected licence is displayed here.

The licence displayed here can be changed using the dropdown list Licences. The selection can be narrowed down by entering a search string.

The timestamp indicates the last update of the licence list in the table. A click on updates the list.

New licences can be ordered using the + ORDER LICENSES button. This opens the respective dialogue.

The licence information are distributed across various fields and depend on the device type.

Properties

The Properties field lists the most important characteristics of this licence.

  • Name indicates the Licence Name assigned by the icom Connectivity Suite – VPN; it can be changed by clicking on Change licence name.

  • Assigned Device indicates the device to which this licence is assigned to; a click on Change device permits to assign the licence to a different device.

  • The period by which this license will be renewed after expiry is displayed under Renewal. Unlimited licences can be set to Not Set, 1 Year and 2 Years. Flexible licences can be set to Do not renew (expire at the end of the month) or Monthly (automatically renew at the end of the month).

  • The Valid until field indicates the end of the validity period of this licence.

  • The Scope field specified the type of the licence, which defines the scope of this licence. The two licence types are Unrestricted und Flexible.

Information

The Information field contains details of the contract under which this license has been acquired.

  • The Customer no. (INSYS) column indicates the INSYS customer number used to order this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.

  • The Customer no. (Partner) column indicates the INSYS partner number used to order this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.

  • The Contract no. column indicates with which Contract number this licence has been ordered. This number is used when invoicing new or renewed licences.

  • The Order no. (INSYS) column indicates the order number used to fulfil this license. This is an optional reference provided by INSYS icom.

  • The Order no. (Customer) column indicates the customer's order number used to order this licence. This is an optional reference added by INSYS icom at the customer's request.

Please note!

The order and customer numbers can be updated when ordering new licences or renewing licences.

Activities

All activities, i.e. changes related to this Licence, are listed in the Activities field. For details in the table refer to Activities.

The visible columns of the list can be set by a click on COLUMNS. A FILTER enables to filter the list for the desired content. Changes to columns and applied filters will be reset the next time the page is loaded.

EXPORT allows to export the visible content of the list after applying the filters to a CSV file (saved in the browser's download directory) or to print it. The name of the CSV file contains the time at which the data was generated and does not necessarily correspond to the time of export.
