This article explains how to view and update your personal user information and login credentials in iRM Cloud.
ℹ️ Note: This functionality is available in iRM Cloud. On-premises installations use different mechanisms for user management.
Where Can I Manage My Profile?
To manage your profile:
Navigate to Administration → My User Profile in the main menu.
The page is split into two sections:
User Details
Login Credentials
Each section contains a pencil icon (✏️) for editing.
What Can I Change in the User Details Section?
In the User Details section, you can update personal information, including:
Form of Address (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.)
Title (e.g., Dipl.-Ing., Prof.)
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Language
Click the pencil icon to make changes and save them accordingly.
How Do I Change My Password?
In the Login Credentials section, you can update your password.
Click the pencil icon next to the section.
Enter your current password and define a new, secure password.
Confirm the change.
🔒 Security Tip: Choose a strong password that follows your organization’s password policy.
How do I set up two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be set up for an individual user account or enforced across the entire organisation.
Can I Change My Email Address?
⚠️ Important: Your login email address cannot be changed manually through the user interface.
