Before signing up for icom Router Management (iRM), ensure that you meet the following requirements:

Requirements
A compatible INSYS icom router (ensure your model is supported). iRM is only compatible with routers running icom OS; devices using INSYS OS are not supported.
Stable internet connection for registration and device linking.
A valid business email address for account setup and verification.
No billing information required – Registration includes a 45-day trial with all features and up to 500 routers. After the trial, users can select a plan.
Step-by-Step Sign-Up Process
Step 1: Access the iRM Registration Portal
Visit the official iRM sign-up page:

Step 2: Create an Account
Fill in the required details:
Full Name
Company Name
Company Location
Business Email Address (used for verification and communication)
Password (follow security best practices)
Accept the Terms & Conditions.
Click "Register" to proceed.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email from iRM.
Click on the verification link to activate your account.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or request a resend.
Step 4: 45-Day Free Trial
After signing up, you will receive a 45-day trial period that includes access to all features and allows you to manage up to 500 routers.
During this period, you can explore the full capabilities of iRM, including bulk configurations, automation, security features, and API integrations.
At the end of the trial, you can choose between the Free Plan (limited features) or the Basic Plan (advanced management and automation tools).
Finalizing Your Setup and Moving Forward
Navigate to Inventory / Routers in the iRM portal.
Register routers using:
Manual entry (router serial number & device details).
Bulk CSV import for multiple routers.
Assign routers to device groups for easier management.
