The icom Router Management for all router models based on icom OS permits roll-outs of device firmware, configurations, security certificates and applications for the whole router fleet.
Situation
You want to upload a firmware to several routers in the icom Router Management at one go.
Solution
The icom Router Management permits a comfortable roll-out of firmware on several routers within one update job.
Using the update wizard
Log in to the icom Router Management.
Navigate to the Inventory → Router page.
Check the routers that are supposed to be updated, click on Select action and select Update firmware.

Select the desired firmware and click on Continue >.

Enter a descriptive Update job name, determine the time of execution for the update and click on Run update job.

Click on Go to update jobs to return to the update job view.

If you have not already selected Run immediately as time above, check the update job and click on Select action and select Execute now to start it.
Check the update job in the list and click on Select action and select View details to view its details and monitor the progress of the update job.

The update job will be transmitted to the respective routers if they are online. If a router is not online, the update job is considered to have Failed and must be run again manually. The execution of the update jobs on the router may take several minutes. This is followed by a feedback about the execution of the update job. If an update job remains in the Active status, its status will automatically be set to Failed after 24 hours at the latest..png)
